Small operation. Long memory.

We are an independent export office in Zibo, Shandong, working only on chemical reaction equipment. We are deliberately small — because the value we sell is attention, and attention does not scale.

WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH

An engineer's eye and a buyer's scepticism.

KAVORTE was set up to fix a specific problem: buyers outside China are sold vessels by people who have never stood in the workshop that makes them. Specifications get copied between quotations. Lining thickness is quietly reduced. Testing is skipped because nobody asked for the report.

We do the opposite. We visit the works, we ask for the material certificates, we watch the spark test, and we send you the photographs. If a supplier will not allow any of that, we do not quote them — and we tell you why.

What we are not: a factory, and not a drop-shipper. We are the accountable middle layer. That layer is worth having on a $30,000 pressure vessel that has to survive ten years of hot acid.

Who you are actually dealing with

Alex Dong

Founder · Zibo, Shandong, China · Born 1982

I will be straight with you, because you will find out anyway. KAVORTE is new. I am not going to pretend I have shipped four hundred reactors, and I am not going to put up a wall of logos I cannot back up. If you run my name through a search engine, you will find a small operation, not a trading house.

Here is what that actually means for you.

Your order is not a line item. At a factory doing two hundred vessels a year, you are order number one hundred and forty. At KAVORTE you are the order. The vessel you buy is the one I will be judged on, and I know it.

I have to earn the second order, so the first one gets everything. Nobody starting a business can afford to get a shipment wrong — least of all me.

I would rather you verify me than trust me. So here is how I suggest we start: one vessel, not a container. A lower deposit than a factory will ask. Third-party inspection before you release the balance. I will send you photographs at every stage — plate cutting, rolling, lining, the spark test, packing. If I cannot show you something, I will tell you why not.

I live in Zibo, where most of China's glass-lined equipment is made. The workshops are within an hour of my desk, so “I'll go and look at it” is a thing I actually do, not a line in a brochure. You do not have to trust me on that. Ask me for a photo of it and I will send you one.

Inside the workshops

Photographs I took myself, on ordinary working days.

No stock imagery and no renders. These are vessels on the floor in Zibo, photographed on site visits — the same visits I would be making on your behalf.

WHAT WE COMMIT TO

Three promises we can actually keep.

We quote only what we have seen

No supplier appears on your quotation until someone from KAVORTE has walked their workshop and checked the licence, the furnace and the welding records.

You see the evidence

Material certificates, pressure test records, spark test records, packing photographs — issued to you as a matter of course, not on request.

We answer after the sale

Spare parts, drawings and technical answers for as long as you run the vessel. The relationship is not finished when the invoice is.

OUR SUPPLY NETWORK

A vetted cluster, not an open market.

Zibo has produced glass-lined equipment for more than sixty years and hosts the densest concentration of lining furnaces in the world. We buy inside that cluster.

What we check before quoting

Special equipment manufacturing licence, firing furnace capacity and temperature control, welder qualifications, X-ray and pressure-test equipment, dimensional inspection records, and the condition of work in progress.

What we will not do

We will not quote a supplier we have not visited, we will not pass on a specification that has not been checked against your medium, and we will not let a vessel ship without a witnessed test report.

Send us your duty. We'll send you a specification.

No obligation and no sales sequence. Tell us what you are trying to make, and we will tell you what it takes — vessel, material, limits and price.
