CHINA SOURCING PARTNER · CHEMICAL REACTORS

Your reactor project in China, handled end to end.

You need glass-lined or stainless steel reactors. What you don't need is five factories, two forwarders, a language you don't speak and a container that sails before anyone checks it. We source, verify, inspect and ship — and stay accountable until the vessel is running in your plant.

WHY USE US

Five things you should not have to do yourself.

Buying a pressure vessel from 8,000 km away is a risk problem, not a product problem. This is what we take off your desk.

01
Telling a real workshop from a trading shell.
Anyone can write “manufacturer” on a website. We physically visit the workshops — licences, firing furnace, welding records, capacity — and only quote the ones that survive that check.
02
Knowing whether the specification is honest.
A 0.8 mm lining and a 2.0 mm lining read identically in a quotation. We verify wall thickness, lining thickness, material certificates and pressure ratings before you commit a dollar.
03
Checking quality before the container sails.
Once the vessel is on the water, your leverage is gone. We inspect during production and again before loading: hydro test, 20 kV spark test, dimensions, photo and video record.
04
Coordinating factories, forwarders and paperwork.
One contact, one timeline, one set of documents. The workshop, the crating, the customs declaration, the bill of lading, the certificates of origin — all handled in one place.
05
Getting an answer after the money is paid.
The hardest part of buying from China is what happens afterwards. We stay on the file: spare parts, drawings, installation support, and a person who answers the phone.
06
Being 8,000 km away when it matters.
Factory meetings, pre-shipment inspections and progress visits you cannot attend. We go, we photograph, we report — so your decisions rest on evidence rather than on hope.
WHAT WE SUPPLY

Three material families. One point of accountability.

We concentrate on reaction vessels, because that is where the money and the risk sit. Every unit is available as a full custom build.

Glass-Lined Reactors

Glass-Lined Reactors

50 – 30,000 L · Type K / F / electric heating

Steel shell, vitreous glass lining fired at 850–950 °C. The workhorse of API synthesis, fine chemicals, agrochemicals and dyes. We set the lining thickness, jacket type and seal against your actual medium.

Stainless Steel Reactors

Stainless Steel Reactors

304 / 316L / titanium / duplex · GMP finish

For high-purity, high-pressure and caustic duty where glass lining is the wrong answer. Mirror-polished internals, jacket or coil heating, six agitator options, full automation packages.

PTFE-Lined Reactors

PTFE-Lined Reactors

PFA / PTFE / ETFE (F40) / ECTFE (F30) / FEP

Steel carries the pressure, fluoropolymer carries the chemistry. The answer for fluoride media, strong oxidisers and ultra-high-purity work — non-scaling, non-fouling, no ion contamination.

HOW WE WORK

Four steps. No surprises.

A short, predictable process — you always know what happens next and what it costs.

01

Brief

Send the duty: medium, concentration, temperature, pressure, volume, destination. If you don't know the numbers yet, we work them out with you.

02

Specify & quote

You receive a fixed specification and a line-by-line quotation. Configuration, materials, testing, packing and freight shown separately — no hidden extras.

03

Build & inspect

Production starts, we monitor it, and you get pictures and test records as it moves. Nothing ships unverified.

04

Ship & support

Crating, customs, documents, freight. After arrival: drawings, spare parts and commissioning help from the same person who sold it to you.

WHERE WE ARE

Zibo, Shandong — where China's glass-lined industry actually lives.

Almost every glass-lined reactor exported from China comes out of one small cluster of workshops around Zibo. Sitting in the middle of it is the only real advantage an agent can offer.

  • We visit before we quote — no supplier goes on your quotation unseen.
  • Problems surface in the workshop, not in your plant six months later.
  • Spare parts for years afterwards — agitators, seals, gaskets and valves from the same cluster.
  • Video calls from the shop floor, not from an office.
GUIDES

Practical reading for buyers, not for search engines.

Short, specific answers to the questions that decide whether an order goes right. If one guide here saves you a bad shipment, it did its job.

Send us your duty. We'll send you a specification.

No obligation and no sales sequence. Tell us what you are trying to make, and we will tell you what it takes — vessel, material, limits and price.
